玉里小鎮上，離橋頭臭豆腐近(裡面臭豆腐味道很重)，附近有全聯、洗衣店、超商、飲料店、小吃都有，很便利。 若要去六十石山，或是赤柯山看金針花海，這邊前往1小時內可以抵達。
房間天花板角落有蜘蛛絲掛滿小昆蟲，房間霉味有點重，但算乾淨。無提供洗衣機，很鄉村的早餐，跟其他商務飯店比，算是更精簡，不過就玉里這地方還行。

地理位置佳。走路去吃玉里麵和玉里臭豆腐都很近。
員工服務態度有待加強，例如早上看到客人，沒有主動問候，員工的服務熱情不夠，感覺沒有很歡迎客人入住的感覺。
