Чистота, охайність, великою перевагою є наявність двох ванних кімнат, також зручності у вигляді техніки: кондиціонер, кавова, посудомийна та пральна машини, якісний посуд в достатній кількості, всього вистачало. Неймовірний краєвид з балкону, та можливість пити там ранкову каву. Дуже приємні та ввічливі господарі!
