Great, modern apartman, the host was very nice, and was always available if we needed anything.
There is parking available.
There was no microwave and no wine opener, but the host could provide us a wine opener when we asked. The balcony on the pictures is shared and it is by the busy road. It's a bit uphill from the center. Seaview only from the Bedroom.

apartment very clean, well-kept, well-equipped - you will find everything you need during your stay on vacation. the whole apartment is air-conditioned with blinds on the windows. Beautiful sea view from the bedroom but from the living room the view was on the building (wall). Apartment well located 15 minutes walk from the center of Makarska. The hosts polite and discreet. We spent 12 days there and I highly recommend it.
