I had a very pleasant stay at Helen Home. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location is excellent—it's in a quiet area but still close to the city center, so it was easy to explore Ho Chi Minh City while enjoying a peaceful night's sleep. The room was clean, good value for money, and the laundry service was done very well, which I really appreciated during my trip. Although this isn't normally my preferred style of accommodation, the warm hospitality and overall experience made it a great place to stay.

There was nothing major to complain about. The property may not suit everyone depending on the style of accommodation they prefer, but everything was as expected.

The staff at this place are simply excellent. Really. I haven't encountered this level of service in Vietnam in a long time.

It's very clean, and the owner is a really nice person—she gives lots of helpful tips and is always ready to help.

Nice apartment comfy bed and good shower with strong water pressure. Jist was very friendly accommodating to us let us check out later as had a night flight. They also do laundry for you for very cheap. It’s nice decent you get what you pay for. Good location away from the chaos traffic but just a few minute walk from markets and stuff
