Nice location, easy check in, great communication, lots of food and coffee options in the neighborhood Great for a 3 night stopover.

The kitchenette/ bench could do with a few tea cups , plates and cutlery.... a couple of chopsticks is the only thing there. The mezzanine floor built into the room could be a problem for tall people, hitting your head walking underneath it to get to the bathroom

I like the location where food, massage, and nail salon are steps away. There's a 24-hr restaurant across the street. For anyone who is jetlagged, there's always fresh food available. Since this isn't a major tourist area, prices are more local. The host is nice, but they only accept cash or a Vietnamese bank transfer. The other tenants and neighbourhood are quiet, good for people who are sensitive to noise. The mattress is on the firm side, which I love!

This is a private home, so there's no elevator. My room faces the back, so my window is facing the shaft and the room is dark. A place like this is great for a 2-3 day stop in Saigon IMO. Plumbing seems to be a big issue here in Vietnam. Most houses/homestays have terrible plumbing/water pressure. The shower water speed was so slow I didn't take proper showers.
