The location was very good, just a 3-minute walk to the beach.
The bedrooms are fine, they are comfy and - except one room - they all have AC.
The kitchen is adequately equipped and there is a nice yard with a grill outside.
The second bathroom from the basement is not really usable for washing, unless you want to wash over the toilet. Also the water pressure was very low all the time.. but this might be the norm in Nikiti.
Also I killed 4 black bugs myself, they might've came from the lower toilet sewer pipe that needs insulating around it.

The rooms are comfortable, there is anything you need for cooking in the kitchen, there is PRIVATE barbecue with big table outside. The house is 2min walking to the beach and central area of Nikiti.
The host was really nice and friendly. There are many of compliments like water, wine, sweets, coffee, tea etc.

Well located in the heart of Nikiti. It's near the beach but at the same time aside from the busy streets and in a more quiet place. Overall it is a great location for reaching the best beaches around on car (5 to 25 minutes). The house is very well planned. The kitchen and the living room is on the first floor, while bedrooms are on the ground floor and on the second floor. Which means different families have their privacy and meet in the living room for common things. A very good bonus is a small backyard with BBQ and big table. It is f nice place for a child to play. The place is clean with nice linen and very good kitchen wear. Check in and check out are very easy (just left the keys on the table on departure). The host Petros is very friendly and always ready to help with some advise. Thank you for a welcome pack (beer, coffee, water and snacks)!
You could complain about some noise in the night. But come on, you know where you are going :) It's Greek town in the peak holiday season. So you should expect people roaming around.
