The location is very lovely and also very peacefull and quiet. I have slept like an english Rose. There was always sunshine in the garden. You can easily walk to the lovely pubs in the village or the nearest supermarket and go for wonderful walks around the coast or take the ferry to cross the river. My host was super nice with a great sense of humor and was also very kind to bring to the nearest garage to have my car looked at and back. Thank you so much Peter!! Fairway is a wonderful place to relax and recharge and a lovely garden to enjoy. With every facility you need and you can park your car in front of the house. Newton Ferrers is a wonderful magical village... and please.. keep it a secret.. don't tell any one! :)

A great place to stay to explore the local area. Everything was there for what we needed for our weekend break, we ate in one night and ate out at the local pub the other night. Such a beautiful part of the world.

Clean and tidy in a handy location. It had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Would recommend as a couple or with small children as a base for exploring the stunning surrounding area.
