Overall not a bad spot for a big group of friends like we had. Plenty of room for people to sleep and great location! Ants were definitely an issue unfortunately, but we managed through it. Other than that a few minor things here and there, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Per recommendations of friends who stayed there previously, we got this house for our family and few friends. House is in a great location, within steps to boardwalk, but it was not noisy at all. We all had a great time! Kids gave it the thumbs up, so we will be back soon.

If the price of the rental was half of what they charged it wouldn't have been such an awful stay. The fridge barely kept anything cold. Our stomachs were a mess, therefore, we may have had food poisoning, from the lack of refrigeration. When we wrote to the owner about it, their answer was "fridge works". The toaster also was broken. (Please get a new toaster, these things are cheap) All the blinds were broken. There was a ginormous crack between the one air unit in the one bedroom and the wall, which caused bugs to constantly be inside the place. Food and couch were crawling with ants. There were even ants in the fridge. Someone walked in with a different key for a different apartment and the key worked for ours as well. (Thankfully we were decent in appearance)
Overall, I don't believe this is up to being an Vrbo status.
