About this house rental
Roomy Beaver lakefront home for rent on a beautiful cove near Eureka Springs, AR. Bring your boat and enjoy all kinds of water activities on Beaver Lake or visit historic downtown Eureka Springs. Enjoy the leaves changing colors in the fall, or snuggle up with a blanket in the living room during the winter months.
This 3,600 square foot home sleeps 14+ in comfy beds. Two upstairs restroom in suite primary bedrooms, one with dual sinks and a jacuzzi tub, both with access to the upper deck. Adjoining sunroom for relaxing or sleeping with a daybed and trundle. There are also two large bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. If celebrating a holiday or a birthday, a formal dining room can seat up to 8 people comfortably. A large kitchen with a breakfast nook that can seat 6 and living room on main level. A large family room with table and chairs and seating area in lower level for entertainment. Bedroom 3 and 4 and full bathroom are also downstairs one with queen and 2 twins one with king and queen. Come relax in a spacious home or on one of our two decks, upper and lower, with outdoor seating and propane grill.
The kitchen includes everything you will need to make yourself at home - microwave, dishwasher, griddle, coffee maker, sandwich maker, all cooking utensils, bakeware, etc. The owner provides bath towels, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent and laundry detergent. There is also a washer and dryer. All beds are complete with linens, pillows, blankets and comforters. You will need to bring your own lake towels, groceries, and toiletries.
Great shopping and restaurants are just 15 minutes away in Eureka Springs. This home is perfect for extended families on vacations, girl’s getaway weekends, fishing groups, or wedding guests! Get the best of both worlds on your vacation!
The walk from the house to the shoreline is steep. There is a set of stairs (100 steps) from the house to the Corp line and then a short walking path to the water. Sorry, there is no smoking inside the home and no pets allowed at this home.

Excellent host! The place was amazing. Had great views and extremely large rooms. The house was decorated well and felt very inviting. Overall a great place, will look forward to a return trip. The Hosts were very accommodating and made our stay fantastic!

This home was actually larger than what we needed as there were only four adults in our party. However we chose it for the view of the lake. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate because it rained all the way as we traveled from Texas there and part of the morning. The rain stopped mid-morning so that we could go downtown to the shops. The location is pretty far from the shopping and restaurants. The “roads” to the house are a mixture of dirt and gravel. Due to the rain, it made for a big mess.
Also there is no WiFi which was a big disappointment and very frustrating. Cell coverage was sketchy even with a cell phone booster located in the living room. I suggest to the property owners to invest in providing WiFi. After we returned from our trip, I noticed reviews from previous travelers they mentioned their frustration as well from not having access to WiFi. When you travel to an area you’re not familiar with, WiFi is needed to check out where to eat or places to see and see info about those places, times of operation, reviews, etc., not to mention being able to Google Map the destination.
Overall the property was nice, getting to it was a little messy and not having wifiwas frustrating.
