House completely independent, newly restored that is composed of two floors. The ground floor has a kitchen, living room, bathroom and terrace with barbecue and on the top floor has three bedrooms, one with a double bed 1.50 and the other two with two beds of 90 and a toilet. It has private parking on a farm 50 meters away.
The house is located 100 meters from the center of Comillas in a very quiet neighborhood and 800 m. from the beach of Comillas.

4 adults stayed here for 7 nights and what a great location in a fantastic town. The house is minutes walk to the best of everything in Comillas. The house itself is comfortable and well equipped and we would certainly stay again. The wifi didn’t work when we got there but Gregorio sorted it out muy pronto. There is a supermarket close by and the bars and restaurants are a minutes walk away. No problems with parking. Muchas Gracias Gregorio.
