About this villa rental
La limonaia was born as a holiday home for the owner. A writer who lives between Italy and England where he often goes to set his novels. The property is surrounded by greenery in a quiet environment surrounded by a large garden with lawn, lavender bushes and lemon trees. The villa, ideal for five guests, consists of three bedrooms, kitchen, living room and two bathrooms with both indoor and outdoor shower. There is also a large patio to shelter from the sun and organize meat or fish barbecues. Appliances, Wifi, soaps and linens are included at no extra cost. For winter stays there is heating and the possibility of using the fireplace. Parking is free. La Limonaia is 30 km from Naples and the main museums and cultural attractions. Just over twenty minutes to get to Baia, Pozzuoli and the embarkations for the islands. Near Castel Volturno there is the Lago Patria, the Oasis of the Variconi and the Eco Park of the Mediterranean. Easy to reach the motorways to Caserta and Naples. The equipped beaches of Pinetamare are five minutes by car. Golf courses and riding stables are just under 3 km away. In the area there are numerous dairies where you can taste the typical buffalo mozzarella and pizzerias where pizza margherita stands out. Shopping centers, pharmacies and pubs are at your fingertips. Even the hospital is very close, but, of course, we hope you never need it ..

The host and the villa were wonderful. Follow his advice on where to go and where to eat. Moos Si restaurant was a good recommendation. Beach is close and very nice. The village is kind of sketchy - I wouldn't walk around at night alone.

La casa è curata con passione e attenzione nei minimi particolari, gli interni sono molto suggestivi. Il giardino bellissimo e immenso totalmente recintato, la mia border collie Tabatha era felicissima..Vincenzo molto disponibile e attento.

Sono stato ospite in una bella villa con un giardino curato e ben tenuto, con piante di arance e limoni piene dei loro colorati frutti. La disposizione interna è funzionale e sopratutto accurata, con delle belle decorazioni che nell'insieme dell'arredamento mettono a proprio agio gli ospiti.
Vorrei sottolineare anche la cortesia e gentilezza del proprietario Vincenzo che si è messo a disposizione indicandomi i vicini luoghi di interesse turistico ed i migliori ristoranti della zona.
Vorrei ultimare questa recensione definendo " La Limonaia " un luogo bello e pulito per trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile.

Bei Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab Tipps für den Aufenthalt vor Ort.
Das Haus ist wie dargestellt, hat Flair und verspricht erholsame Tage. Ein plus: Klimaanlage in zwei von drei Schlafzimmern und im Wohnbereich. Überall Insektenschutz vorhanden!
Die Sauberkeit war unterdurchschnittlich. Es war aber alles da um es selbst in Ordnung zu bringen. Es fehlten auch ausreichend Besteck und scharfe Messer. Sie wurden aber beigebracht.
Die Betten waren gut.
Mein Tipp an den Gastgeber:
Mülltüten bereitlegen und pro neuem Aufenthalt aus hygienischen Gründen ein neues Schneidebrett zur Verfügung stellen.
Bei der Aussendusche ggf. einen Sichtschutz zum Nachbarn anbringen und den Wasser Ablauf verbessern. Das Wasser staute sich zurück.
Die Umgebung ist sehr verarmt und größtenteils baufällig oder renovierungsbedürftig.
Der Strand war sauber, vielleicht war das Meer wegen der Strömung trüb.
Wir sind nach zwei Tagen wieder abgereist weil wir uns in der Region nicht wohl gefühlt haben.
