I stayed for just one night, but if I return, it will definitely be for longer. The hotel was beautiful with a great view, clean and comfortable rooms, and exceptionally friendly staff who helped resolve a booking issue and even prepared a takeaway breakfast for my early departure. Thank you for making my short trip so pleasant — I highly recommend this place.
Everything was great — the only challenge was the high, narrow roads to get there, but that’s not the hotel’s fault and actually added to the uniqueness and charm of the place.

Customer service is 10/10. Restaurant at B&B is 10/10. Extraordinary views from the restaurant and the rooms. Stunning. All the staff were brilliant. Food amazing
Rooms are a bit dated and cold even though heating is maximum.

Location was well placed. You could see the whole bay of Naples with Vesuvius. Food at restaurant above the hotel was good quality-price.
Drive up to the hotel via narrow and upward streets, but this is common throughout Italy.

the staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty and filling
fridge was dirty, glass in bathroom was dirty, bedroom was dirty, no spare bed linen- room was cold, wardrobe didn’t close- lock broken, very dusty, room very dark, internet didn’t work in bedrooms only communal areas (lounge/public areas)
