Perfect location, very beautifull and spacious room. Host was very helpfull with our late check in.

Good location, spacious room, low price
Failure to indicate parking zones in advance led to a parking fine 5 times higher the daily rental price of the apartment. No flexibility about time to check in, failure to show up at designated fine for check in

Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Location superb. Giuseppe was excellent. Apartment very cozy, modern and clean.

The location is good and Giuseppe was very helpful. The check-in is until 8, and he very kindly wait for us 30min more.
The description includes parking but actually the parking is on the street - Giuseppe (the guy in charge) saved a place for us the first day but the other days we had to look for it. The balcony was not as showed in the pictures, the view looks to a garbage bins and it requires maintenance. The included breakfast is very limited and not healthy at all (processed food).
