The room was very clean and well organized. We appreciated the attention to detail. Unfortunately, we would have liked to have a mini fridge and a kettle in the room.

Hotel did not give us comfort room with balcony and mountains view which we have booked and paid. They told us they have no comfort rooms with balcony for us available. They put us into dark room without light and balcony at ground floor. This was simply cheating.
