Very enjoyable stay - would book again

Great location, good size bedrooms, plenty of towels and replaced daily, bins emptied daily. Staff very responsive to any queries and friendly.

Nice but a little impractical

-nice breakfast -location -modern and clean room -diversity of saunas and a rooftop pool

-when staying in the apartment you have to walk out into the main street to go for breakfast and spa as the main building is not connected -the room was very warm so we had to sleep with an open window, but then it was a bit loud

A great stay

Pool & spa was amazing. Breakfast included which was surprisingly very good! Walking distance to ski lift and bus stop opposite for glacier. Room cleaned every day and convenient ski & boot room.

The rooms were so warm with no option to control the heat. We had to sleep with the windows open and unfortunately the noise from people on the street woke us up every night - ear plugs recommended.

Fantastic facilities and location for a perfect family skiiing holiday

Amazing outdoor rooftop pool - great for apres ski to ease the body - pool started indoors then went outdoors, was very warm and magical with the snow on the ground and Christmas lights around. Great spa, sauna, infrared cabin with relaxing music to help with tired muscles after skiing. Apartment was very comfortable and cosy- nicer than in the pictures - mattresses and pillows were just the right balance of comfort and support, plentiful supply of towels and kitchen and bathroom essentials. The apartment was warm and spacious, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms (4) for our family of 6. Fantastic location with great cafes, restaurants, ski hire, ski cable car for piste access, supermarkets and bakeries within a few minutes walk or next door. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a great holiday!

Nothing! It was ideal for our needs. Kitchen scissors and a combination microwave/oven with instructions would be a useful addition to the kitchen. There was a steam oven and a microwave/grill (but I wasn’t sure how to work this as there were no instructions).

Overall a wonderful apartment for a group of 5-6 people, but with some faults.

Spacious apartment, comfortable ski-gear room, excellent location to the main ski lift of Mayrhofen, access to a rooftop heated pool and spa which is just amazing. Pretty quiet if you keep the windows shut. Kitchen is reasonably equipped with a microwave, small fridge, coffee machine and vaporizer. Good comfortable showers and living area. Provided free and nearby parking for 2 cars.

The apartment's layout is weird: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms but only 2 toilets, one of the toilets are inside a fourth room which is inside one of the bedrooms, and more... Curtains are pretty thin so there's plenty of light in the bedrooms in the morning. The kitchen does not have an oven, and the fridge is pretty small for a large group, and it's unclear to me what's the cleaning service is responsible for - we did get clean towels almost every day, but the garbage was only taken about once a week, the provided soups were not refilled, etc. The representatives at the reception were overall nice but sometimes felt a bit impatient.

Soundproofing terrible - otherwise beautiful and modern

Room especially bed and pillows very, very comfortable (a rarity for Austria), breakfast is great, building was modern and exceptionally clean. Bathroom was great and the shower probably one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. The room had a beautiful corner balcony, with an epic view of the town and fireworks. Staff were friendly. Proximity to ski lifts and town is great. But the pool was probably the most amazing feature of the place - was uniquely exceptional.

The soundproofing between our room and next door room/hallway was terrible. Out of 8 nights we had 3 nights of interrupted sleep, where out neighbours came home well after midnight, once at 03:30 - drunk and talking really loudly. If it hadn't been for this my score would have been either a 9 or a 10. However, due to this I wouldn't come back unless they improved the door soundproofing.

- Skvělá poloha - přímo v centru městečka. Vhodné pro lyžaře i nelyžaře. V pohodlné pěší vzdálenosti k lanové dráze a zároveň přímo u hotelu se nachází zastávka busu Green Line, který vás doveze na Hintertux. - Krásné spa. - Výborné bohaté snídaně. - Moc dobré jídlo v místní restauraci.

Frühstück war super und sehr viel Auswahl. Der Spa Bereich mit dem Pool auf dem Dach war einfach nur mega schön. Wir hatten ein Apartment was sehr sauber und groß war. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Einzig die Lautstärke von der belebten Straße war etwas nervig.

Der Zugang zum Haupthaus könnte anderes realisiert sein und nicht vorne an der belebten Straße vorbei führen.

Platz zum Wohlfühlen

Zimmer modern, schönes gerãumiges Badezimmer. Sehr zentrale Lage, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Seilbahn alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Frühstück(sehr gut und sehr freundliche Bedienung)und Wellnessbereich ( sehr empfehlenswert)im Hotel daneben, war für uns kein Problem. Receptionsmitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Platz für Räder vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
