Perfect location and lovely staff.

We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely hotel. The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. The only small challenge was parking. We arrived later in the evening, and it was quite difficult to figure out where we were allowed to park. We were asked to move our car from a couple of different spots before finally finding the correct parking area. Clearer parking instructions for guests arriving late would be very helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

The guesthouse is really great when you look at its location (opposite the Penkenbahn lift!), it has a good breakfast and is cleaned well. However, we had mixed feelings about the hospitality. Upon arrival we found out that we had to store our snowboards in a room downstairs. In itself a convenient idea in terms of keeping the hotel tidy, but the room was unsupervised and accessible from outside - not a nice idea for someone with expensive gear. When we pointed this out, we were addressed very unkindly about this. Perhaps we are too cautious, but some empathy in this would have been nice. Although the pension itself is good, the hospitality feeling stayed the same during our stay.
