A very welcoming reception, good breakfast, comfortable immaculately clean room in a lovely modern building with a great pool and garden.

Clean, comfortable , convenient location with parking just outside of Noto. The pool was so nice to come back and relax at after a hot day walking around. Breakfast was good. Would stay there again. Wonderful restaurants close by without having to drive into Noto. Just a side note… there is a Motocross race area across the street that we could hear at times when we were in the pool but it would not deter us from staying here again. Loved it!

The breakfast was nice and the seating area near the pool was nice
The location was terrible for guests without their own car. Getting around Noto without a car is a royal pain in the ass especially on Sunday.
