Casa dei Limoni is an authentic vacation home in Sicily, it offers an unforgettable experience immersed in nature, just a short distance from Noto and the beaches of Lido di Noto. Located within a residential complex consisting of two distinct and independent accommodations ( the blu house and the green one) , This country house with a pool is perfect for families and groups of friends who wish to spend a vacation dedicated to relaxation and discovering the beauties of the Val di Noto.
Casa dei Limoni Blu is an 80 m² duplex apartment, with a private entrance, ideal for accommodating up to 5 people. On the ground floor, there is a bright living area with an equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, etc.), a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs, you reach the open loft, where there is a second double bedroom and a single bed. The decor, with shades of blue and turquoise, creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Casa dei Limoni Blu is equipped with air conditioning, heat pump heating, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and an iron. Electricity consumption is included up to 120 kWh per week (approximately 17 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be at a rate of 1.10 euros per kWh.
Casa dei Limoni Blu features a private garden with Mediterranean plants, lemon, orage and olive trees, a barbecue area, and a solarium. Guests can also enjoy a private gazebo in the internal courtyard, furnished with plants, flowers, and prickly pear cacti. The pool is shared with the Casa dei Limoni Verde apartment, which can accommodate up to 4 people. The villa is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and security. Private parking inside the property.
Located in a quiet residential area, Casa dei Limoni Blu offers an ideal starting point for exploring the Val di Noto. The center of Noto, with its bars, restaurants, and shops, is just 2 km away. The villa is strategically located for visiting the Baroque cities of Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, Modica, and Syracuse, as well as the beautiful beaches of Lido di Noto, Marzamemi, San Lorenzo, and the Vendicari Reserve.
