What I liked most about the property was the excellent service provided by all the staff. Everyone, from the reception team to the facilities and Security staff, was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower. It is quite old and should be replaced or upgraded. The shower design caused water to spill all over the bathroom floor while showering, making it inconvenient. Improving the shower would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Disappointing stay with poor service and hidden costs—checked out early. We booked a two-bedroom apartment expecting a relaxing family stay, but experienced issues from the moment we arrived. The Negatives: • Check-in Error: We were initially given a room with twin beds in both rooms, instead of the one king and one twin configuration we requested. • Lack of Amenities: Basic essentials like dental kits, slippers, tea, coffee, and sugar were missing upon arrival. When we called, management stated these are "only available upon request." • Rationed Water: For a 2-night stay for 5 people (including kids), we were only given six 500ml bottles of water. The hotel refused to provide more, forcing us to buy our own. • Inconvenient Food Delivery: Security bans delivery drivers from even entering the reception area. I had to walk out to the main street just to collect our food. • Parking & Billing Issues: Street parking is hard to find. The hotel's private parking is outsourced, poorly managed, and expensive (50 AED per night or 10 AED per hour). To make matters worse, the final invoice they provided was incomplete. We usually love spending time relaxing in our hotel apartments, but this experience was so frustrating that we decided to check out early. I do not recommend this property for families.
