Located a short distance from the Canton Street shops and restaurants in downtown Roswell this basement apartment feels nothing like being in a basement! With its own entrance and private courtyard the apartment is ready to welcome you home. The only shared space with the upstairs unit is the driveway. There are 2 assigned parking spaces for this unit. Walk into a study equipped with a desk and a daybed. The bedroom is setup as a loft style bedroom, with a couch, TV, Queen sized bed, dresser, and walk in closet. Off of the bedroom is the Kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes a 20 inch stove, dishwasher, full sized Fridge, Coffee maker, and everything you need to cook a delicious meal. Walk through the kitchen to the Washer/Dryer combo unit, and the newly renovated bathroom.

The host was very hospitable and listened to our concerts. When we got there everything was clean and in order. They even decorated the paper towels! There were lots of kitchen utensils and an oven, gas stove & microwave! There was a washer, dryer & dishwasher too! There was even a little study area with desk and daybed at the entrance. There’s just the one entrance & the window doesn’t have any cover on it.We were grateful for everything.This area is very woodsy and there is wildlife so be careful and gentle not to disturb them more.Do be advised that there is no way to regulate the temperature yourself down there.Also you can hear all the upstairs activity.Be careful as there are trees with large acorns that could hit you at any moment in the Fall season!

The apartment was a Great place to relax and unwind after a busy day. Was finely decorated and very comfortable, with all the amenities that I needed. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants in nearby Roswell and surrounding areas. Our hosts where very helpful and kind and did everything to make our stay delightful and we look forward to coming back the next time we are in the area.
