Très satisfaite du séjour dans cette jolie maison , bien située et fonctionnelle. Propreté irréprochable. Propriétaire discret , arrangeant et disponible. Peut être manque t il un peu de matériel pour occuper les enfants ( seau/pelle/ballon/ crayons de couleur/feuilles/ livres enfants) ce qui est somme toute un détail et facile à mettre en place .

Maison très bien située (cinq minutes du débarcadère, voiture inutile , commerces et loueurs de vélos à proximité) et parfaitement agencée. Mobilier et électroménager complets et de très bonne qualité. Grand jardin clos parfait pour les enfants (il faudrait simplement renforcer le grillage de fermeture à l'autre extrémité du jardin pour la sécurité complète des enfants en bas âge). Très bonne expérience et belle découverte de l'île de Groix (habitants très accueillants).

Beaucoup de charme pour cette maison entièrement rénovée et parfaitement équipée, à la décoration soignée. En plus de sa situation idéale à proximité des commerces, restaurants et des premières plages, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse avec son éclairage d'ambiance ainsi que le joli jardin. Cerise sur le gâteau : pas de corvée de draps et de ménage à faire à la sortie ! Nous reviendrons certainement !
