Nous avons séjourné 15 jours en Août dans la magnifique maison de Mr Villard . Les photos du site sont fidèles à la réalité . La maison est en plein cœur du petit village de Locmaria à une centaine de mètres de la plage . Le jardin est magnifique et toutes les prestations de la maison sont haut de gamme. Merci à Monsieur Villard d’avoir installé le WIFI pour les adolescents . Nous espérons vivement pouvoir revenir . Tout était parfait

Nous avons passés un superbe séjour dans cette jolie maison où il fait bon vivre ! Décorée avec goût, fonctionnelle, et très bien équipée on se sent comme chez nous ! Idéalement située dans un petit village typique de Groix à 2 pas du port et de la plage. Cet environnement vous charmera par son calme et sa plénitude. Merci à Florence et Philippe pour leurs bons conseils ( infos touristiques, restos....) et leur acceuil. Nous recommandons vivement !!!!!

Jahrhunderts bewahrt. Das Haus liegt nur 100 m vom Meer entfernt in Locmaria, einem verträumten kleinen Fischerdorf. Der große Garten ist von einer Natursteinmauer umgeben, die einem das Gefühl von Geborgenheit vermittelt. Einer der schönsten Sandstrände Frankreichs „Les Grand Sables“ ist mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus hat einen tollen Stil mit alten Möbeln. Wir fanden es schön, dass das eingebettet in dem historischen Fischerdorf Locmaria liegt und schützend von einer hohen Natursteinmauer umgeben ist. Es sind nur wenige Meter zum Meer. Das Haus verfügt zudem über eine gut ausgestattete Küche und schnelles WLAN.

Recette pour une semaine idyllique à Groix : une vraie maison de famille où on se sent bien, (même si on est nombreux), parfaitement équipée, avec un jardin abrité, idéal pour les retours de plage (situées à quelques minutes) et de ballades en vélo, un accueil chaleureux et très disponible, le tout dans un charmant village sur une magnifique petite île bretonne. Très recommandable !

Un jardin clos et à l'abri des regards, une plage sans danger pour les enfants à proximité, une maison agréable et confortable, des possibilités de ballades le long de la mer...Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié ce séjour au calme, dans un village pittoresque de l'île, et comptons bien y revenir, cette fois pourquoi pas à l'automne.

J'ai loué cette maison pendant les vacances de Pâques, avec trois enfants de 11, 13 et 15 ans ayant un grand besoin de décompression de notre rythme parisien habituel. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et nous avions à disposition tous les plans, horaires et renseignements possibles pour profiter au mieux de notre séjour. Nous avons commencé par dormir tous très tard tant l'environnement est calme ! Nous avons retrouvé le bonheur de marcher ou de faire du vélo. La crêperie du village est excellente et le cadre très joli (penser à réserver !). Nous n'avions pas passé de véhicule et faisions les courses en vélo (avec possibilité de livraison à domicile). Cet endroit nous a séduits et nous formons le projet d'y revenir en été.

Nous avons loué cette maison fin octobre à 7 personnes. Nous avons donc surtout profité des promenades autour de l'île (la carte laissée par le propriétaire est pour cela très utile), plus que de la baignade. La maison est vaste et très bien équipée, ce qui est très agréable quand on rentre après une bonne journée dans ballade du coté de PenMen. Comme nous ne sommes pas venus avec un véhicule, nous avons beaucoup apprécié les vélos qui nous ont permis de faire les courses dans les magasins alentours. J’espère juste pouvoir revenir à une autre période pour profiter de la plage à 100 mètres.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme du village, le confort de la maison et sa proximité de la plage; cuisine et literie top; superbe jardin fleuri avec barbecue; le propriétaire nous a laissé les cartes des sentiers, des restos et des endroits à visiter, et il y avait même un bouquet de fleurs sur la table du salon en arrivant ! Et pour une fois, la déco et le mobilier sont de qualité (aquarelles, tableaux, photos) ce qui n'a malheureusement pas toujours été le cas dans nos précédentes locations de vacances; excellente crêperie à 2 pas, et fabuleux panorama de la terrasse du bistrot de la Plage de Locmaria; recommandé pour les familles ou les vacances entre amis, et pour les amoureux de la Bretagne nature;
