A large 2-storey granite house, 250 m2 decorated with charming travel souvenirs from around the world, modern paintings and sculptures, antique furniture lovingly crafted. Equipped to comfortably accommodate 12/13 people, with comfortable bedding, elegant crockery in abundance, numerous dishes and cooking utensils for friendly meals, dishwasher, fireplace ... it is the ideal home to meet with family or friends ... just as nice for a family of 4 who loves space as for a group of 12+ people.
It offers large reception rooms of 70 m2 on the ground floor: a lounge / dining room of 40 m2, a TV lounge of 20 m2 with fireplace, a very large kitchen in the former diner, overlooking a walled garden with Outdoor dining room and garden furniture with sun loungers.
On the 1st and 2nd floor, 6 bedrooms and a small lounge with sea view. 3 bedrooms have sea view. 2 bedrooms with a 160 cm bed, 2 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. 90cm. Couch in the small living room. Child's bed in the living room upstairs.
1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 3 separate toilets.
