Not as we had hoped
Eco retreat centre is a nice idea, so was the breakfast basket. The wooded area was lovely.
The tree of our treehouse was full of caterpillars, they were everywhere hanging from threads e.g. towels we left outside to dry were covered, they hung in the entrance to the eco toilet making it difficult to access etc (although luckily we managed to keep them from getting inside the cabin). Having breakfast on the bench outside in the morning was not relaxing as we kept having to remove the caterpillars. We feel we should never have been offered the cabin as the staff surely must have been aware. Also, we weren’t aware that there were no amenities to make our own food. The staff let us put our coolbox in their fridge & also provided cutlery when asked but this was not an ideal situation.

An exceptional find for something a bit different and fun. More than you expect 🥰
The setting is brilliant close to amenities whilst feeling like in the wild. Stylish swimming pool, bar, treehouse novelty and walks. The pool bar with charcuterie and jarred puddings is useful and lucky to have jazz playing that night !
Nothing! it was brilliant

Very friendly staff and unique accommodation
We came across this accommodation accidentally and thought it would be fun experience to try. Soffie was very helpful explaining facilities and being contactable when the office was closed. The place is close to great beaches. We liked the woodland setting on the edge of a quiet village. Our accommodation was close to shower facilities and a communal room for socialising. We enjoyed spending time by the pool - There is good space to sit in the sun or in the shade, and there is a little bar in the evening. Toilet facilities are also available there. There is a large car parking area, which is a short walk to most houses.
Small house, very cosy. However, in hot weather - lacks ventilation. Would recommend a discreet roof vent (perhaps via the quirky chimney). The tree house is better for ventilation and temperature control. Value for money could be improved. It is well explained on arrival where everything is and what is not available in the houses/huts (e.g no electric) and whilst there may be additional costs to maintaining this style accommodation, it is priced at the higher end and for us a two night stay was enough.

An uncomfortable night, no hot water and an influx of mosquitos. We left after one night.
The open spaces
The mosquitos. Sleeping pod was next to a pond and the mosquitos were crazy, I had over 30 bites on the first evening. There was no hot water.

Reconnect with nature in incredible setting!
It was an incredible & magical experience in beautiful, natural surroundings. My husband & I had the best time. Helped by blue, clear skies, which meant sparkling stars once it got dark. ✨️ It's a place to go to get away from the madness of the world, but not a place if you don't love pure nature & simplicity!
It would have been helpful to have been informed beforehand that we needed to reserve a basket for dinner before arrival, so good to remember if you're booking. Also, as a suggestion, it would be good if you could hire pillows & blankets. We stayed in a "bulles" tent, which was an incredible experience, but we couldn't bring pillows as we were on a motorbike & so we were using clothing as a pillow & it would have been so much more comfortable if we could have had pillows. Having said that, we had the best experience & the massage with Silvia the next day really helped!!

Lovely meadow and woodland setting. Check the size of the room you book!
This ex farm has been redeveloped for green tourism, and the wooded, gently managed setting is delightful. There’s plenty of common room area, and a fantastic swimming pool and deck. Breakfast brought to your chalet by electric golf cart in a basket is a nice feature.
Our chalet was barely the size of a dog kennel, which I wasn’t aware of when I booked (all the other chalets look spacious, including two very new looking and very upmarket ‘treehouses’ (actually on stilts). Our host seemed rather disorganized, so we were kept waiting and guessing for things we requested. The mozzy net did turn up and was a life saver as the mosquitoes were numerous and hungry, but I don’t think we should have needed to ask for it. Breakfast was VERY late (but good). We had quite a distance to cycle that day so we’re anxious to get started.

Severly overpriced, rude communications, yurt lacks essential amenities.
The location is gorgeous and secluded in full nature. A beautiful get away. There was a train passing by every half hour or so, but that didn't really bother us. I would've preferred the electrical fence to be further away from our accommodation so it would give the kids space to enjoy the field, now we were separated from it. We got breakfast delivered to our door every morning, with fresh coffee, croissants, baguettes and marmelade. I did buy some yogurts myself, because that is how I prefer my breakfast, but it was nice to have breakfast in bed. The swimming pool is centrally located and beautifully made of wood. For the kids there were limited hours that they could access the pool, reserving most time until 14.00 (bar one hour) for adults or women. Which is good if you're an adult, but too bad if you're not. The yurt is beautifully decorated. Staff on site is very friendly.
Price/quality ratio is really high, not worth the money. We paid 280 euro per night for a family of 4, including breakfast. The yurt is pretty, but is small and has no amenities. Having no water or electricity was not a big problem for us, but as an accommodation that is advertised as a glamping perfect for families on their own site, we found it severely lacking on other parts: Kids need food, and there were no cutlery, plates, glasses or any means to prepare food or drinks, no communal fridge. No means to wash the plates we had brought ourselves (and we got some plates from them later), except in the shared bathroom sink. There was a dry toilet, but situated right next to our beds in the tent. The yurt was very small for four, and no storage space to put our things. Worse was the reaction of the owner when we explained all this in an email. We explained to the owner that with "glamping" we'd expect a combination of camping -i.g. being able to prep food yourself- with a bit more luxury, comparable to what they offer in some of their other accommodations. We felt mislead by their website as they explained they were more of an ecolodge than a glamping. We were quite taken aback by their condescending reaction stating that the mismatch was our own fault, since we were clearly looking for the type of luxury camping that offers slides, 'conviviality' and mobile homes. Even though the things we found lacking were available in their other accommodations. They blamed us and blamed Booking, but when we pointed out that their own website also stated it was perfect as a 'glamping for families' and not as an 'ecolodge', they stopped responding. Very rude.
