The location was great. So close to the center of Opatija, at the same time, just a flight of stairs away from a sea side walk. The apartment was fully furnished including just as advertised. The view from the skylights was great and the beds were very comfortable. Although we did not meet the host in person, eveything was arranged prior to our arrival and the check-in was seamless.
The location of the property unfortunately makes the parking costs quite high. The area right outside the property falls under the most expensive parking zone. The least expensive zone (zone 1) is a 500m walk away from the property.
Also, the apartment is on the fourth floor, accessible only via stairs (something to keep in mind for carrying luggage up the stairs or people with reduced mobility)
