Excellent breakfast and restaurant!!
I never received a bath towel, even after asking for one. The frosted glass door also didn't feel very private and let a lot of light in from the hallway at night. I was allowed to check in about 6 hours early, but it cost the price of an entire extra day. I think a half day would have been more fair. The provided soap is skin bleaching.

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Very convenient for quick trip to Cat Ba. Good value overall.
A/C started dripping water second night. Young guy working there had zero interest unless you were a pretty, young woman. No mop provided in bathroom (private room) to mop up after a shower.

The food downstairs is good and affordable.
The room could have been a bit more clean, it is a bit expensive for the quality of the room compared to other hostels in the area.
