Perfect Home for Families. Clean above and beyond!
* We practice extreme cleaning protocols, all surfaces sanitized according to recommendations.
* 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Large Living room and also a Family Room with a futon for extra guests. Dining area with table that seats 6.
* Screened porch with table for 6 guests and bar stools at pass through kitchen window bar.
* Fenced Pool, no cage makes it warm year round, outside table and chairs seat 4, comfy lounges.
* Covered Grill for yummy burgers and dogs.
* Kitchen with just about every dish, glass, cup, silverware, utensils, etc you will ever need. Automatice dishwasher, fridge with ice maker, coffe pot and coffee.
* Master Bedroom with huge comfy King Bed and full bath. Exterior door to pool.
* Guest Bedroom with Queen and Twin Beds.
* Full bathroom with tub and shower.
* 2 Car Garage with laundry room. Washer and Dryer.
* We are always adapting this home for mobility challenges. See room descriptions.
* Private home is the only way to go. No crowded hallways, pools, general areas that are common in a motel/hotel.
* Minutes to the most beautiful beaches in the world!
* Lots of outdoor spacious venues close by.
* Shopping, Dining, Sports, Parks all within a 5 miles
* The Beach is great, but vacation is so much better when you can get to everything you want to do!

This was our second visit to the area and the second time staying in one of Terrie and John’s homes. They are so convenient to everything, super clean, and well stocked! Truly makes you feel like you’re at home. Our kids (and adults) really enjoyed the use of the pool and it’s sitting area, and our dogs loved being able to run around the yard! We are looking forward to renting from the Lawson’s again!
