You and your loved ones can get A Wave From It All at this big, family-friendly 4-bedroom house, conveniently located in northwest Bradenton!
You will be completely relaxed in the fantastic layout located in a close-knit, quiet residential community.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs and a big primary bedroom suite upstairs, it's the perfect setup for your family. The entire second floor is dedicated to the primary bedroom suite. It features a grand king bed, 55" SMART TV, two walk-in closets, two separate sinks and vanities, a walk-in shower, with custom tiles, and a spa tub big enough to share. You may never come out!
On the main level, are three additional bedrooms including two rooms with a queen bed in each, and two sets of twin bunk beds tucked in the back corner bedroom for extra coziness. Each of the three downstairs bedrooms features a 43" SMART TV so everyone can enjoy their own programs!
These downstairs bedrooms share two additional bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, and the other with a combination tub and shower and double vanity.
Family time is encouraged with loads of fun in the large living area, which offers an 82" SMART TV, as well as a game table and comfy chair and ottoman set up for reading a good book.
Meal prep for a family will be a cinch in the large, updated kitchen! With loads of counter space, plenty of cabinets, and more than enough tools and equipment for anything you might be planning to cook, your family won't go hungry! The long breakfast bar will be a great place for the non-chefs in your group to chat (or help with drying the dishes!) while their meal is being expertly handled in the kitchen. All are included at the large dining room table that comfortably seats 10and soon to be your family's favorite gathering place for meals, conversation, games, and memory-making.
Just off the dining and living areas, you'll enjoy the screened-in pool and patio area with access from each room. The pool is heated year-round to ensure it's always a comfortable temperature, weather permitting, for a swim. Off the patio to one side is a totally private open patio with chaises for sunbathing, along with a gas grill for when you're in the mood for barbeque.
To the other side of the pool area is a large space for your family's corn hole tournament, and beyond that, a fire table is set up for telling stories around the campfire. Don't forget the marshmallows!
The entire backyard is completely fenced in for privacy, as well as the safety of your small dog, should one be traveling with you.
With such a great house, you might decide to stay right there for your entire vacation! However, when you're ready to explore, you'll find northwest Bradenton and nearby Anna Maria Island to are filled with plenty of fun things to do and see.
For recreation opportunities, you couldn't be in a better spot! This home is perfectly situated for bike rides and walks that take you through quiet residential streets. Want to bring or rent kayaks? You can launch them at the public ramp at the end of 59th Street. A few blocks in the other direction you can discover the GT Bray Recreation Center, which is considered Manatee County's recreational hub. Complete with a dog park, fitness center, outdoor pool, baseball fields, racquetball courts, tennis courts, you name it!
As if all this wasn't enough, a stay at this wonderful home also gives you easy access to the world-famous beaches of Anna Maria Island, the DeSoto National Memorial, Robinson Preserve, downtown Bradenton, shops, restaurants, and, a little further afield, the myriad cultural, dining, and shopping opportunities to be found in Sarasota.

*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly for one dog with a maximum weight of 25 pounds and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 for the first week. There is a $50 fee per week for any additional weeks booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.
A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.

We loved the location of the property. The kitchen/living room set up was excellent. Time spent in and seated around the pool was very good. It was great to have the use of the pool towels.

My family had a wonderful time and all that was needed was there for us. The rooms were perfect, and cozy and the home had a lot of space. The kids' room was a bit warm, and we just kept the room open to help keep it cool.

Wonderful home. Great location in quiet neighborhood with a great space for family time. Only a couple of issues with the property. The upstairs bedroom stays very warm even with blinds closed as recommended and the floors need a really good cleaning as all our feet were nasty when walking on them.

Honestly, we researched this property and saw so many good reviews, we thought we were going to be very happy. From the moment we arrived, we experienced numerous issues. Check in was at 4:00 pm and we arrived at 5:45 pm and the housekeepers were still there. We had the upstairs suite which was beautiful but insane hot, espically during the summer days as heat rises. There is no ceiling fan upstairs though property management was very good about bringing us a fan promptly to help which did a little. There were issues with the pool, cockraches, sliding door locks didn't work, the Jets in upper bath kept spitting out dirt/debris despite my husbnd cleaning it numerous times so we never could use that. Firepit had to be manually lit which no one was keen on doing so we couldn't use that. The property management was very good about every issue we brought to their attention addressing it immediately so I will say that however, it would have been nice, if issues were taken care of proactively vs reactivley. We have never had so many issues in all of our years traveling. The home is beautiful and large for a big family but if you plan on cooking alot, you will wash dishes frequently for silverware and the trash cans will fill up quickly. Biggest disappointment overall was how uncomfortable upstairs was due to temperature, not being able.to use jet tub or the outdoor firepit along with dissatisfaction with housekeeping.
