Posizione perfetta, la struttura si trova letteralmente di fronte al mare. La stanza era molto accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Un ringraziamento speciale va ad Alessandro, il proprietario, che è una persona davvero gentile e disponibile. Il vero fiore all'occhiello è stata la colazione: eccellente, abbondante, variegata e con ottimi prodotti artigianali. Infine, nota positiva per il parcheggio: pur essendo al di fuori della struttura, si trova posto molto facilmente.

Basta attraversare la strada e si è sulla splendida spiaggia di San Pietro in Bevagna. A differenza di gran parte della zona (dove ci sono le strisce blu a pagamento), qui si trova parcheggio sulle strisce bianche gratis, un grande vantaggio! Camera davvero pulitissima e proprietario estremamente gentile e attento. Spazi ampi.
Struttura un po' datata che meriterebbe un ammodernamento. Mancando il balcone, sarebbe utilissimo avere uno stendino in camera per asciugare costumi e teli mare al rientro dalla spiaggia
