Everything, best value for money you can dream of.
Brand new appartment, very clean, very functional with dish washer, laundry machine and everything.
The bedroom is like 20 square meters.
Feels like you bring your own home to vacation.
The pool is just amazing, didn't had the chance to try the snack bar located inside the residency because I've been quite busy but it looked very nice and friendly.
Don't think too much you won't find a better deal.
The location is so so but you can still reach everything by walking. There is an intermarché with everything you need 150m away from appartment.
Important to mention if you have a car you still can go like EVERYWHERE in algarve from this point, and that's what I did.
Monchique, Sagres, Lagos. Even Tavira is under 1h drive from there.

Nice big balcony facing the sun and gardens with a pleasant view of trees and plants. Empty swimming pool (in Feb). Fantastic hot water in the bathroom, with a lovely bath. Very spacious apartement.
The bedding was inadequate (sheet and blanket, no duvet). The mattress seemed old and worn out, so it was uncomfortable. The kitchen had no worktop space, it was very poorly designed and it felt difficult to cook. There was no hot water in the kitchen. The flat felt very cold and the two enormous heaters were extremely noisy.
