The appartment is modern and spacious. Has pretty much everything you need from coffee machine, dryer, kitchen utensils, towels, shampoo etc . We really enjoyed the lovely garden with the hydrangeas!Lovely area with restaurants such as il Ruttino and alfred trattoria moderna!! The host was available and helpful. . The taxi to the ferry and station cost 25 euros each way.
We expected some sort of cleaning service and changing of towels, sheets at least every 2 -3 days. We stayed there for 4 nights. Also the walk to the city centre was a 15-20 minute walk and with a toddler not so convenient. But there are also things to do in the area of Sant agnello.

The apartment is perfectly located for trains to Naples, exploring Sorrento and a good base for the Amalfi coast. The apartment itself was cute, comfortable and the garden area especially is a bonus. Valerius the host was warm and welcoming.
The tv in the main kitchen/lounge area didn’t work for streaming even though it was a smart tv - it wasn’t a wifi issue as this worked perfectly for our entire stay. not a major issue but a tiny potential improvement.

Comfortable bed and good shower, plenty of hot water.
Air con worked well to keep us warm.
Not very clean. Sofa bed is very dirty and stained. Extra bedding left including a duvet and blankets were dirty and had obviously been used! We had to wash before using. No working kettle or coffee machine. Plates and utensils left dirty and inside the cupboards were dirty. Mouldy side of fridge door. No English TV channel.
