Marescala vacation - Casa Sorrentissima

A lokáció tökéletes, nagyon kényelmes sétával 10-12 perc alatt a nyüzsgő központba be lehet jutni. A környéken élelmiszerboltok, néhány étterem és bár is van ha az ember nem szeretne a központban enni-inni, vásárolni. A képek a valóságnak teljesen megfelelnek, tisztaság van, nagyon jól felszerelt, az apartman mérete akár egy 4 fős családnak/baráti társaságnak is ideális. Pár dologgal készültek számunkra a házigazdák a konyhában amikor megérkeztünk, ez is nagyon kedves dolog volt részükről, továbbá az egyik nap amikor visszaértünk egy zacskó narancs is várt minket az ajtóban ajándékként amit a saját kertjükből hoztak nekünk. Nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak mindenben, valamint rengeteg hasznos információval láttak el minket ami nagyban megkönnyítette a nyaralásunkat. Annak ellenére, hogy a fő utcán helyezkedik el a lakás nagyon csendes, mert a nyílászárók tökéletesek. Az aprtmanban egy komplett kézikönyv is van arról, hogy mi hogyan működik, valamint étterem, bár, fagyizó, strand és programjavaslatokat is tartalmaz. Segítettek egy nagyszerű, kedvező árú hajókirándulás legfoglalásában is ami szintén nagy segítség volt. Nyugodt szívvel ajánlom a helyet, szuper választás!

Esta foi, sem dúvida, a melhor hospedagem em que fiquei durante toda a minha viagem pela Itália. Tudo foi perfeito! A limpeza era absolutamente impecável, com o quarto sempre muito organizado e confortável. A recepção foi maravilhosa desde a chegada. Os anfitriões foram extremamente gentis, atenciosos e fizeram de tudo para que eu me sentisse em casa. A hospitalidade superou todas as expectativas. Além disso, a hospedagem oferecia diversos mimos que fizeram toda a diferença: água, iogurtes, comidas e outros itens sempre disponíveis, demonstrando um cuidado especial com os hóspedes. A localização, o conforto, a limpeza e principalmente o atendimento tornaram a experiência inesquecível. Recomendo sem qualquer ressalva e certamente voltaria a me hospedar aqui. L’appartamento è davvero accogliente, pulito, spazioso e arredato con gusto. Nonostante sia posizionato in una strada molto trafficata, gli infissi rendono l’appartamento molto silenzioso. Letti e cuscini sono molto comodi e l’aria condizionata silenziosa. Lo staff ci ha fatto trovare in casa cibo per la colazione e qualche pranzo che abbiamo apprezzato molto, oltre ad averci consegnato delle arance dei loro terreni. Torneremo sicuramente!

It was strictly an average apartment with a good size bedroom and small living room. There was a lot of traffic noise throughout the day and at night time so if you’re travelling with young kids please be mindful .

So our host upon booking the flat asked if we need an airport transfer from Naples , I asked them to send me a quote and upon reviewing I found somewhere cheaper and asked them not to bother with the transfer as I booked someone else. At the airport we had a taxi waiting for us ( which we thought was the one I booked as I had no reason to believe otherwise) it appeared Host booked us a transfer anyways and we had to pay €160 on top of what we had paid for the actual transfer we booked already. When asked they confirmed they forgot to cancel the booking from their end but still haven’t refunded us . So it’s been a month and we’re still waiting to hear back despite of so many reminders no one is responding back!!! We requested baby crib at the time of booking and they agreed to provide but it wasn’t there when we got to the flat so my baby and I had to sleep on the floor on blanket as the other bed wasn’t safe for baby to sleep. They sent the crib next day but no mattress !!!! It was back and forth with them and on day 3 we finally got a mattress !!! Disaster
