The cottage of the four seasons is composed of 3 gites labeled Gite de France 4 ears and 4 stars (T2 T4) and 3 apartments 4 stars from T3 to T4
Ax les Thermes is 1h30 from Toulouse, 2h from Carcassonne.
Andorra for your tax-free shopping is about 30 minutes away by car but that will not bother you, because on your return the private car park is waiting for you.
RENT ONLY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY (arrival-departure) any request made to another DATE on the site will be automatically refused. Hiring 7 days- 15 days- 21 days tariff on request thanks for your understandings

Private parking your vehicle will be safe thanks to the remote surveillance installed in the residence. If other vehicle free parking on the street.

The teleport is located 5 minutes walk this will take you to the station Ax 3 areas to ski
The accommodation is in a large Chalet with views of village, mountain.
Large equipped kitchen (pyrolysis oven, microwave oven, private washer-dryer, dishwasher, fondue and raclette, fridge freezer with drawers, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron and ironing board , sound tower, dvd player, board games ...)

To sleep well, we chose bultex hotel bedding.
Bed linen included except cloth: duvet covers, pillowcases and disposable earplugs for a perfect hygiene (rental fitted sheet 5. 00 € per bed optional). For the couch they are blankets.
Towels not included: possibility rent 8. 00 € per person lot of a large and a small towel or rental 5. 00 € the big towel per person.
Linen provided: tea towels, tablecloth, table set.
The EDF package is normally sufficient in summer winters consume an average of € 2 to € 4 per day per unit.
Garden furniture and chiliennes in season with barbecue built outside to make your grill and share a quiet moment with family or friends.
After a good day come and relax in the infrared Sauna of the residence where you will have a session of light therapy pure pleasure !!! From 9h to 12h, 13h to 16h and from 17h to 21h without supplement
For athletes who want to shape their body a gym with three devices are available from 9h to 21h (treadmill, bike, elliptical) at no extra cost

A 2 pas à pied du centre d'Ax, appartement aménagé avec goût, spacieux et fonctionnel, chauffage performant, ballades et randonnées variées et magnifiques autour d'Ax, et très bon ressourcement aux bains des Thermes d4ax! Nous reviendrons!

Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de rénovation de cet appartement moderne, rien ne manque cuisine intégrée et salle de bain sont au top, la literie est excellente, et point non négligeable d'une parfaite propreté.
Le chalet est situé dans une rue très calme et à quelques minutes des Thermes.
Bref un très bon séjour.

Un logement très agréable avec de beaux volumes et une décoration soignée un peu excentré tout en étant très proche du centre ville (10 minutes à pied du casino). Laurence propose un logement méticuleux de propreté. Laurence est très exigeante sur ce point. Elle nous a, à l'accueil, mis un peu la pression, nous qui venions pour un séminaire de travail qu'on voulait calme et tranquille. Mais Laurence s'est tellement investie dans la rénovation de ce chalet qu'elle a envie que tout cet investissement perdure pour chacun de ses hôtes. Les points forts : de très beaux volumes qui donnent une sensation d'espace ouvert avec une salle d'eau épurée et vaste, une cuisine avec tous les accessoires possibles, un salon de jardin appréciable sur la terrasse. Les points faibles : peu d'espace de rangement pour stocker ses courses. La terrasse ne donne pas sur le jardin mais sur le parking et un bâtiment vieillot et pas joli. Impression générale : Laurence est attentive au confort de ses hôtes. L'accueil gagnerait à être simplifié et le kit remis à l'accueil serait plus convivial s'il s'agissait d'une bouteille de jus de pomme et de quelques produits locaux plutôt qu'une éponge, un sac poubelle et un rouleau de papier toilette. Je recommande ce logement sans problème.
