Cocoonr Agency is offering this charming flat for rent in the town of Ax-les-Thermes, featuring mountain views and within walking distance of the ski resort. It measures 80 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The property comprises two flats; only the first floor is accessible to you.
Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 28 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and you can enjoy a garden of around 800 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 28 m² living room with a TV, double sofa bed and dining area…
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outdoors:
- An 800 m² enclosed shared garden with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Ax-les-Thermes, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Nearest railway station: Ax-Les-Thermes station, approximately 3 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, approximately 1 hour 34 minutes’ drive away

- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- For your safety and that of the owners, a CCTV camera is positioned outside, facing the path leading to the small and large gates.

- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied.
