About this house rental
New detached house (80 m²) on two floors on 200 m² ski area, located in a small mountain village near AX les THERMES, ski resorts (alpine and cross-country) and PAS de la CASE and ANDORRE LA VIEILLE .
Car parking: on the ground
Ground floor: Kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, WC
Floor: 2 bedrooms, Bathroom, WC
8 beds: 2 bedrooms with 140 beds, 1 bedroom with 2 90 beds, convertible sofa in the living room. (maximum 6 adults)

- Equipped kitchen, oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and kitchen utensils.
- TV
- Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer.
Situation:
- Ax-les Thermes train station 5 km away (10 min by car)
- Ax 3 ski area gondola at 5 km
- Pas de La Case (Gran Valira station) at 35 km and ANDORRE LA VIEILLE at 60 km
-Thermal bath center of Couloubret 5 km
- Spa 5 km
-Restaurant bar at 200m, communal swimming pool, children's playground, tennis and soccer field.
-Doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, casino, spa ... at AX LES THERMES
Very pleasant small village, at the bottom of a valley with a very rich fauna and flora (nature reserve, mountain observatory, animal park dedicated to wolves) and many family walks (mountain lakes)
Arrival departure:
- Weekly stay: arrival apm (from 2 p.m.) and departure (before 11:30 a.m.)
- Minimum stay 2 nights (same departure and arrival times)
- WINTER school holidays stays Saturday arrivals and departures
Pets not allowed; Non smoking house
No parties or evenings
Baby high chair, wooden baby cot, travel cot available
Cleaning costs 50 euros if cleaning not carried out by tenants

The ptoperty is in a beautiful setting, also lovely and warm. We did not expect to have to ask about linrn, which may no udually be supplied, but coming from far away one certainly doesn't do so with linen.. The wifi in the house is goid, but Internet connectivity is reall flakey and slow. This is soen to the communications company, nor the owner. "Just be ready" to not depend on
