very spacious with good views
About 3 nights through the week there was a person in high heels walking around in the flat above at 3/4 o clock in the morning for about 2 hours.

Y mucha oferta para comer o cenar alrededor, sin estar en una zona de ruido.
La entrega de las llaves. Vino una persona que tardó mucho por un atasco, y apenas nos explicó. Por ejemplo, tuvimos algunas dudas de cómo abrir la puerta del garaje.

The location, in the old town and overlooking the marina was lovely. There is a supermarket two minutes from the apartment and a great choice of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby The apartment is well equipped and very generous in size. Mercedes, who met us and handed over the keys, also gave us some invaluable suggestions of where to go and what to see in the area. Laredo itself has an amazing 5 km long, immaculate beach, but it is not over-commercialised, so very quiet when we were there.
There was some noise from the street during the night, especially at weekends, which isn't a problem if you keep the windows closed. There are fans provided in the apartment.
