Spacious, wonderful location and a gorgeous balcony.

The location was perfect and the view from the spacious terrace (once we managed to access it) was stunning.
The apartment is very basic in terms of decor and facilities. When we arrived we were unable to open the door onto the terrace and the person on the contact number was not able to offer any help, except to suggest a maintenance visit on the day we were due to leave. Eventually we discovered that the shutter on the outside of the door has slipped and was blocking the door from opening. This is clearly a known problem as there was a peg to attempt to hold the shutter up and we noticed later that it was mentioned in a previous review. On the first evening there was no hot water or heating but we were too tired to do anything about it. The next morning we discovered that the boiler was switched off. By starting it up we got hot water but still no heating for the rest of our stay and the apartment was very cold (this was early March). We didn't call the office again as they'd been unhelpful over the terrace door issue. Some instructions would have been helpful. Other issues - one of the beds in the master bedroom had no duvet - we removed the duvet from the single bed to use; there's no kettle; the only showers are over the bathtubs, with no grab rail.

I would have liked some complimentary tea and coffee and some oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. Also for short stays some more dishwasher tablets would be useful. This is quite standard nowadays for rental houses and appartments

Location, just 2 min walk to beautiful beach!!
Iniatially quiet difficult get keys a manager didn't speak English. Done over Whatsapp using translation.
