Location and convenient parking. The Condos were originally built in the 1970s, so they have likely been renovated several times. We have stayed in 2 units in the past and both were renovated and benefited from the easy walk to the Main Street in Frisco.
The layout of this unit is a bit odd for one or 2 couples. If you are looking to get the most value, you can house 3 couples or 2 in rooms with a hideaway bed for kids. Neither bathroom is ensuite, but one bedroom does have a vanity and sink. The second bathroom is a walk through the living area from either bedroom.

Not much
The instructions sent on how to find it weren't good. The rooms were dark. No staff at all. Done by emails. Instruction on how to check out were too much like a parent telling us how to clean our room properly!
