This is a wonderful property and well located in Frisco. A block off Main Street, easily walkable to shops and restaurants. Also very close to several ski resorts. Everything is included in the unit to make it feel like home. Cathy is super responsive and accommodating, and we will rent this unit again. Rent this condo without hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay in Frisco! Cathy, the owner, was absolutely terrific in communicating everything we needed--any questions I had were immediately answered. The unit itself is in a perfect location for everything in Frisco. It's bright, sunny, and extremely efficient. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. My only reason for not giving five stars is that the bedding and the mattresses could use a little updating, but that's minor and did not affect our quality of life. Thank you so much, Cathy! We will contact you about next year, as we all agreed that this is our favorite place so far in Frisco.

Her condo was a perfect fit for our family with well a provisioned kitchen and other amenities. There were no surprises - everything was provided for a fine stay! Our family enjoyed staying in this cozy, clean and well-equipped condo. Our two girls loved the bunk room! They also enjoyed swimming in the complex’s indoor pool and spa. We noticed an issue with the dishwasher and the owner promptly responded and is easy to communicate with. The condo’s location is awesome! It’s just one block off charming Main Street. It’s easy to catch the bus there to take to Copper Mountain to ski or just enjoy the village there. It’s also conveniently located near grocery stores. We look forward to booking in the future for a little summer getaway to see all the Frisco Marina has to offer!

My wife and I brought our 21 year old son and two of his friends up from Texas to ski/snowboard some of the mountains around Frisco and spend New Year’s Eve. This house was perfect! Reasonably priced, easy communication with Ms. Cathy, clean, comfortable, easy parking to load/unload the truck, plentiful kitchen setup for cooking, easy walk down the street to several good restaurants and bars, and an easy drive to Beaver Creek, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail. Ms. Cathy ensured our checkin was effortless and let us know she was available for anything we might need. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay. Our family of six was able to relax, sleep, and cook at the condo plus enjoy the pool and sauna. Main Street was a block away with great shops and eats. The location is centrally located near several snowboard resorts.

Myself and 3 friends rented Cathy's condo to use for our home base during our annual ski trip. The location is excellent as it took roughly 15 minutes to get to either Breckenridge or Keystone, and it is a 1 minute walk from the Frisco main street. The accommodations are cozy and well thought out. You can tell that the owner enjoys using their condo as much as their guests. The kitchen is very well stocked (a big plus as we cooked several dinners at home) but there are a variety of different restaurants a short walk away on the main drag in Frisco. The bar scene is also decent with several options to choose One highlight we did not expect was Cathy's selection of boardgames; we ended up playing a different game each after coming home from the mountains. One other detail worth mentioning is that while the hottub not private (located in a shared communal space) the experience was much better than anticipated. The hottub is much bigger than any normal spa at someone's house, and it is constantly kept at 104 degrees, so no need to waste time prepping it before a good soak. It was also nice to have the heated pool to swim around in, and that the entire pool house was heated. If I had to say anything negative it would be how dry the air can be when using the heat, but that is to be expected in any place and I might have been overly sensitive to it due to living in humid Florida. Overall we were very pleased with Cathy's condo and would recommend it to anyone especially those skiing

Stayed here for the weekend and what a great spot! Loved that we could check in early on arrival day, walked 1 block to main street for lunch and dinner. 10 min drive to Copper was so nice for a day of skiing. Unfortunately the day before we arrived we were informed the pool was leaking BUT the hot tub and sauna were working and both were great after a long day of skiing. The bunk room and 2nd bedroom do get really hot at night but if you don't have the heat on, the master gets really cold so that wasn't great. But the layout with the 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms, living space and kitchen was perfect for our 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids ages 11-6). The kitchen had plenty of the essentials (butter, oils, condiments, seasonings, hot tea, hot chocolate, coffee). The Brita water pitcher was also a nice touch. Plenty of bath towels, pool towels for our large group. Bathrooms had nice soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The queen beds were so very comfortable! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place, we will definitely be back!

The condo was perfectly clean, the kitchen well stocked, and everything we needed was provided for our stay. Our family enjoyed a fantastic week in Summit County with quick access to Keystone, Breck and Copper. This Frisco location was perfect for easy walks to Main Street shops and restaurants (and frequent stops for homemade pie and fudge at Foote’s Rest Sweet Shop!) Would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend it. Thank you Cathy!

Location was perfect and Catherine was very accessible and helpful. Even offered to mail a bathing suit we left behind. Nice corner unit that was laid out really well. Kitchen was well stocked. Sauna was not working during our stay but that wasn't in control of the owner and wasn't a deal breaker.
