We had a great stay. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The hot tub and sauna were awesome to use after a long day of hiking. The house had everything we needed. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

This Frisco, Colorado home met all our needs, along with added extras like a hot tub and sauna (both actually worked). The house was comfortable with a large kitchen and living area. The master bedroom was wonderful. The neighborhood was beautiful and the location was perfect, surrounded with walking trails and only a 5-8 minute walk to Main Street. Communication with owner host was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay and great pre-arrival communication and instructions with Susie. Comfortable, relaxing space and the hot tub and sauna definitely a bonus after a day of skiing. Close enough to main street for easy restaurant access and although we didn't cook the kitchen was well stocked.

We found this Frisco Home to be even better than advertised. The space was plentiful, the kitchen was stocked, the Hot Tub and Sauna actually worked (which I find rare on rental houses!), the beds were comfortable, the house was clean, the proximity to town was phenomenal. Overall, my family and I were very glad we made the decision to stay here.

Beautifully decorated and maintained home. Enjoyed location right off path to town. Hot tub, sauna, comfortable deck. Owner responded quickly to couple minor questions. More kitchenware and gadgets than anyplace I've ever stayed. Highly recommended.

This house was the perfect size/layout for our group of 4 adults. The home is cozy and comfortable with everything you need and expect for a great vacation. It is barely a five minute walk to Main Street yet nestled next to the creek with mountain views. The proximity to multiple resorts and easy access to I-70 ,not to mention fresh snow every day ,made this one of our best ski trips ever! Susie is a great host and we will definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything Susie!

Not much I can say on top of previous reviews, but this house, its location and the owner/property manager are great! The Kitchen is well stocked; plenty of paper products for the bathrooms/paper towels (and they have the "good stuff!" ;) ); two of the bedrooms have humidifiers which is really nice at altitude; and there's even baskets of Crocs and plastic cups for the hot tub! The owners have taken all the extra steps to make your stay special. Our group would definitely come back. Thank you!

The house is perfectly located to walk to Main Street- just three minutes! Everything was clean, well stocked including shampoo and conditioner and a pantry! The beds were comfy, the hot tub lovely on a starry night. The owners were responsive when I had a question. We would love to come back!

This house is in a quiet neighborhood, steps to the creek and a short walk over the bridge into town - 5 min. Loved that the older kids could walk on their own to explore, grab food, etc. The path behind the home is so convenient for bikes and a quick walk to the park. We enjoyed seeing people go by on the path from the amazing deck & hot tub. I could not pick a better location to stay than this house. The owners were very friendly and quickly responded to my questions. My only suggestion would be closer attention to the cleaning detail in the bed / bath areas.

The location of this home was great, walking distance to downtown Frisco with nice walking paths. The hot tub and sauna were added bonuses to this property. The house is likely the owner's home or second home as there were a lot of personal items throughout the house; including food/condiment items and items in the garage. We were disappointed with the level of cleanliness as we don't feel this property was cleaned to COVID-19 standards. The refrigerator needed to be cleaned on the shelving and the master shower mat had mold under it which we were able to easily wipe off with a finger. The bedrooms are decorated beautifully, however the master and queen bedroom mattresses were not comfortable. The bedding was poor, stains on the sheets and mattress pad in the queen bedroom. Pillows were not quality pillows that one would expect, had no pillow covers and their life expectancy has been met. It was also requested that we take off bedding, put by the laundry room and had we not been asked to do that, we likely wouldn't have seen the staining or yellowing from the queen bedroom. Overall, the house met our needs but we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the home.

I dream about this house sometimes because of the peacefulness and beauty I associate with my stay there. I love all of the windows that fill the home with light. The sofas & beds are comfy, the fireplace is cozy, and the mountain views are spectacular. I cannot get over the wonder of a personal sauna and hot tub on the deck! It was a precious gift to be not only within walking distance of Frisco's downtown but also of mountain trails and a beautiful stream. This home feels to me like it has known great love and care. Thank you, hosts, for your warm hospitality and generosity.

Our family loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer! The house is as spacious and had amenities to please everyone! We enjoyed the easy walk to Frisco, visiting the many unique shops and restaurants. The sunrise over the mountains was spectacular by the lake. Can’t wait to stay again!

I've stayed here two times now. It's a great house in a wonderful location. Love the access to the trail - you are literally right there! Not sure there's anything better than sitting in the hot tub after a long day of recreating. The hosts are communicative and were responsive to our needs. We would stay here again.

This home has a fabulous floor plan and is in the perfect location! (walking distance to town). I have stayed in both the winter and summer months and have found Frisco to be the perfect destination year round. The hot tub at night while looking at the stars in the mountains is a treasured memory. The beds were comfortable, the home is very clean and comfortable as well as nicely decorated. I can't wait to stay at this beautiful home again and look forward to returning soon! Thank you !!!

We have loved our multiple stays at this beautiful Frisco home. We have returned several times and are never disappointed. The home is comfortable, roomy, well stocked, great views, stocked with the supplies we need and perfectly located for every things we could want... peace and quiet, walking paths, ease to the highway, walk to restaurants, etc. We always try to make it to Frisco, CO every year and this is the place we will always stay. I highly recommend.

What a gem! We just adored Frisco and this property. We loved how everything is walkable, and yet being streamside and tucked away off the main street gives you privacy and that mountain feel that you would hope for when coming to a Colorado Mountain town. We loved hot tubing in the evenings with beautiful mountain views.
The house, itself, feels spacious and stylish. The kitchen has everything we would need to cook and we loved that there was a pullout bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms so our kids could sleep in the same room as us. The living room was a great place to hang out with beautiful views from the big windows. Thank you for sharing your home. We can't wait to return and spend more time here!

This house is beautiful! The layout is great and features a lot of open space through the kitchen, dining, and living room. We had so much fun cooking and eating together! Bedrooms are comfortable and well-decorated and the views are amazing. The house is a lovely, short walk to downtown Frisco (over a beautiful river) and a short bike ride to the newer shops (i.e. Whole Foods). We loved the hot tub on the deck and watching the stars at night. This was truly a perfect getaway weekend! THANK YOU!
