This is a simple property, not luxury but sufficient. In our case it did the job required and was warm, inexpensive. It was clean in terms of the bathroom and bedding/linen and general cleanliness. The owner uses an agency to let it out and communicate with guests, at first it was not clear and confused us, but they were very responsive to any questions we had.
I was not too keen on leaving a deposit via my credit card as I had never been asked to do this before via Booking.com. We were worried that it was going to get complicated or was at worst a fraud. I contacted Booking who reassured me that this was a bona-fide owner. We took videos on arrival and on departure to prove that all was left as we found it, there is noone to see you on arrival or departure, hence the videos to avoid any potential dispute.

Le ckek ing une horreur !! Ca parle anglais et demande 250 euros de caution et une pièce d'identité ! Jamais vu ca . Un bordel sans nom ! Et évidemment démerdez vous pour tout comprendre car pas de remboursement possible si vous comprenez pas l'anglais !! A fuir on a manqué de passer la nuit dehors. ! Heureusement une dame marocaine ma appellé pour m'aider.
