Lovely big room - down 2 external flights of stairs. No balcony but good size terrace & felt quiet and safe. Karen is extremely helpful and booked an overnight tour of the Corcovado rainforest plus a trip to Cano Island. Breakfast is good and the staff very friendly and helpful.
No negatives. However, the layout wouldn't' suit anyone with mobility issues as 2 flights of stairs to access lower rooms.

Great clean room, big balcony but unfortunately no great view (you will just see some other house roofs)
Booking mentioned great location, it is not!
You have to hike up a dark dirt road to the top of the hill to have no view
Cleaning lady started with the room on top of us making loud noise at 6am this morning (so not possible to sleep in), also 10 am checkout time is quiet early, considering that the first boat leaves at 11.30.
We booked a day trip with the hotel but had to walk down the whole dirt road at 5.30 am (no shuttle service even though remote location, same when we checked out this morning at 9.30am, we carried all our luggage all the way down to the boat). However, the pickup at the beginning from the boat was nice
