Quiet location in the urbanization Maryvilla, which was built on the Monte Toix mountain with a clear panoramic view of the sea and the Penon de Ifach.
It is 3 km to the town of Calpe, 4 km to the sandy beach with a beach promenade, and a small bay with a sandy beach can be reached in 1.5 km. A tennis court can be rented in the urbanization.

Genial muy recomendable , lo tiene todo para unos días inolvidables en Calpe , por ponerle una pega, muebles de comedor muy viejos, necesidad de renovar ya
