About this villa rental
This vacation home in Calpe is located in a quiet area (cul-de-sac) and is perfect for couples or families with 2 children (over 10 years). It is fully equipped and offers all the amenities you need for an unforgettable stay. It has a beautiful pool (5mx10m, heated by a solar system in the transitional seasons) and a terraced garden. The house consists of 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a well-equipped kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom with shower and washing machine, a spacious living room with satellite TV and fiber optic internet as well as a covered breakfast terrace and an open sun terrace. It only takes 15 minutes to walk to the small beach of Puerto Blanco. There is also a restaurant right there, the Puerto Blanco. Other dining options are just a few minutes' walk away. Or you can simply use the barbecue on our house terrace. From this spacious terrace you can also enjoy the warm rays of the sun, jump into the pool and end the day at sunset on the upper sun terrace with mountain and sea views.
