About this house rental
Klaasvoogds Cottage lies in the beautiful Klaasvoogds valley, at the foot of the Langeberg Mountains and has lovely views of vineyards, mountains and orchards. It is situated on a working wine farm, Free Wifi up to 1 gigabyte a day is available.
Klaasvoogds Cottage is ideally suited for a couple but can accommodate one more person.The couch in the lounge can be converted into a single bed.
The cottage is light and airy with views of mountains and vineyards from every room. It has warm wooden floors, hand made French shutters, sash windows, beautiful hand-crafted wooden furniture and oil paintings. It has a spacious double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, a separate shower and open-plan living/dining and kitchen area with garden, patios and veranda.
It is has a fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine, satellite TV, CD player, fire place, air conditioner gas and electric heater.
We regret we cannot accommodate children under the age of 10.
Service included: Towels will be changed every three days, bed linen once a week and cleaning will be done once a week.
Enjoy lovely views of the mountains, vineyards and orchards from every room. On chilly nights settle in with a book in front of a roaring fire. Picnic and walk/cycle along picturesque country roads. As the day cools relax on the porch and watch the fiery sunset give way to a night sky sparkling with stars.
Food and Wine: For really fine dining, walk to BBC featured Fraai Uitzicht 1798 (literally 900 metres away) and enjoy a glorious setting and food to make you swoon. For the lazy it’s a three minute car ride. The Small Restaurant in Robertson provides gorgeous food at the exclusive Small Hotel. Other good restaurants in the area include Mo and Rose, Tebaldi's, Lady Grey, Christinas, The Barn, Mimosa Lodge, Simply Delicious, Four Cousins and Kokkemans.
