About this house rental
This amazing property is an incredible river front estate in Fort Myers Florida. The house itself is comprised of over 5,000 square feet on one level. The property has been carefully appointed with 17th-19th century antiques throughout as well as Italian marble floors and counter tops which reflect the owner's fondness for Europe. There are five bedrooms with 2 king size beds, 1 queen, and 2 doubles. There are three full baths. The sunset views are absolutely stunning! Please feel free to also enjoy the dock and pool area. A boat captain is available for private tours with our boat which can be arranged for an additional fee. You will be very close to all the best that Fort Myers has to offer: Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Beach, Captiva Beach, the Edison-Ford Estates, spring training baseball stadia, outlet shopping, and of course the quaint nightlife of downtown. Our property manager will do everything to ensure that you have a fantastic stay during your time in Fort Myers. ****PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A VIDEO TOUR ON THE THIRD PHOTO*** Just click play on the photo and it will take you through the estate. Deposit is due at booking. Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. There is a 7 day minimum booking period from Saturday to Saturday. I stayed with my family for a week over the holidays and it was fantastic! The house is exactly as pictured with a beautiful view of the river right in the backyard. Everything from the bedrooms to the kitchen to the living rooms exceeded our expectations.
The house also has a separate guest house (which we did not rent), and the owner allowed us to go up to the roof deck multiple nights to experience the gorgeous views especially during sunset.
The owner was also super communicative and helpful - highly recommend this house!
