This is our second year staying at the property. It's conveniently located to places we go in the area. The property has just the right space and amenities we want.

I stayed for two weeks at the beginning of April while attending client meetings. It was perfect as a base, nice and clean, and quiet. The neighborhood was great to walk around in the evening.
The kitchen was reasonably well equipped (hotplate, no stove) as I like to cook instead of going out to restaurants. Lots of grocery stores nearby. Between the hotplate, the microwave, and the toaster oven, I did quite well for myself.
The king sized bed is most comfortable.
It is well located and perfect for 1 or two for an extended stay. Note that there isn't much sitting outside, although the host was quite fine with me taking one of the provided beach chairs to sit by the canal.
