Located in San Foca (LE) Salento, city awarded with European Blue Flag and 5 Sails Legambiente for the services offered and the clarity of the sea, the property "Il Marinaio" is located just 80 meters from the sandy beach "Li Marangi" and consists of three apartments, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor for 5, 7 and 8 persons.
The apartment on the first floor consists of entrance hall, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and 2 outdoor covered verandas for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the upper floor there is a roof sun terrace with sea view equipped with table, chairs, outdoor loungers, stone barbecue and heated outdoor shower.
The apartment features a kitchen with a fridge, freezer and a microwave, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning.
The property "Il Marinaio" is very close the sea, easily reached on foot also with children and is located in a very quiet location 300 meters from the center, shops and restaurants.

Appartamento molto illuminato,spazioso,arieggiato, cucina ben fornita, con ampi balconi dove pranzare e una grande terrazza vista mare dove prendere il sole e fare una grigliata sul barbecue. Posizione ottima,vicina al centro e al mare. Tony persona squisita, disponibile ma non invadente, molto attento alle esigenze degli ospiti e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta. Esperienza molto positiva

Ogni parola è riduttiva per descrivere la raffinata accoglienza di Tony. Per quanto riguarda la casa possiamo dire che è praticamente perfetta: spaziosa, fornita di tutto e curata in ogni dettaglio, per non parlare della posizione che è vicinissima al mare e al centro del paese ma comunque in una via poco trafficata, a garanzia della tranquillità. A great vacation! We wanted to explore this part of Italy, so we decided to book our holiday with Tony's property. Tony treated us like his own family! He met us on our arrival. We were amazed how large the unit is for just two of us. There are two full bedrooms, a living room area with a double sofa bed, a beautiful kitchen fully equipped to prepare any meal you desire (Tony stocked the fridge with wine, beverages and fruit) and a big terrace overlooking sea. Maybe will come back to Tony's property next year!

Abbiamo soggiornato a San Foca, (località di mare bellissima),nella seconda metà di agosto, nell’appartamento del Sig. Tony. L’appartamento ha rispettato le aspettative delle foto pubblicate. Ampi spazi, luminoso e accogliente. Ottima pulizia. Una bella veranda dove gustare i pasti comodamente e un terrazzo ad uso esclusivo dove fare delle grigliate col barbecue in pietra avendo in regalo la vista del mare. Il Sig. Tony è una persona veramente professionale, gentile e premurosa nei riguardi dei suoi ospiti. Consiglio caldamente questo appartamento come soggiorno nel meraviglioso Salento
