Located in San Foca (LE) Salento, city awarded with European Blue Flag and 5 Sails Legambiente for the services offered and the clarity of the sea, the property "Il Marinaio" is located just 80 meters from the sandy beach "Li Marangi" and consists of three apartments, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor for 5, 7 and 8 persons.
The apartment on the first floor consists of entrance hall, living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and 2 outdoor covered verandas for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the upper floor there is a roof sun terrace with sea view equipped with table, chairs, outdoor loungers, stone barbecue and heated outdoor shower.
The apartment features a kitchen with a fridge, freezer and a microwave, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning.
The property "Il Marinaio" is very close the sea, easily reached on foot also with children and is located in a very quiet location 300 meters from the center, shops and restaurants.

A great vacation! We wanted to explore this part of Italy, so we decided to book our holiday with Tony's property. Tony treated us like his own family! He met us on our arrival. We were amazed how large the unit is for just two of us. There are two full bedrooms, a living room area with a double sofa bed, a beautiful kitchen fully equipped to prepare any meal you desire (Tony stocked the fridge with wine, beverages and fruit) and a big terrace overlooking sea. Maybe will come back to Tony's property next year!

The beach of San Foca is really beautiful and the food is excellent. We love this place and the weather is perfect in May. The apartment was perfectly located: near the centre, near the sea and with all we need to have a great stay. We love the salento, we love this beautiful land.

We enjoy our stay in this apartment, everything was great. We've loved the fully equipped kitchen, the distance from the sea and the big terrace with sunchairs. The outdoor heated shower was a plus. We are planning to come back to San Foca next year.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment and we had a very good time there. The furniture of the house is very tasteful and stylisch. We enjoyed this. San Foca is a really nice place with its white beaches and the sunshine every day. We had a very nice time in this apartment, we are dreaming the sunshine of Apulia every night.
