Stately Georgian Colonial with 7,000 sq. ft of living space on three levels - six bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 3 season porch, billiards room with bunk beds, outdoor entertaining space with outdoor kitchen, fireplace, pizza oven and hot tub. Walk to downtown Newburyport with its amazing restaurants and coffee shops, bike to Plum Island. Minutes from other area beaches including Crane’s Beach, Salisbury, and Hampton. Sleeping areas include: (1) Large master suite with king-sized bed, sitting area, balcony overlooking beautifully landscaped back yard; en suite bathroom; (2) second bedroom with king-sized bed; (3) third bedroom with queen sized bed and pull out full sized sofa; (4) fourth bedroom with queen sized bed and sitting area; (5) home office/bedroom with queen sized fold out bed; and (6) sunroom/bedroom with queen sized bed; (7) pool room with bunk beds to sleep four. Large chef's kitchen with eat-in sunken dining nook. Other rooms include: family room with large-screen tv and fireplace, parlor with fireplace, dining room with fire place, and billiards room. Finished basement with ping pong table and foosball table.

We had my mom’s 100th birthday at this lovely property. Beautiful house, beautiful back yard and perfect weather. I would highly recommend for a family get together.

We stayed with family during our daughter’s wedding weekend. There were plenty of room and spaces for our family to gather and get ready for the Wedding. There is beautiful space in the house for family to visit and catch up. We love the decor and your outdoor space. We were able to BBQ after the Wedding to rest after the Wedding. Excellent house for extended family during a potentially stressful time. We really appreciate the hospitality. Thank you

Overall, this is a lovely home and we had a great time. Check in was easy and the hosts were relatively responsive in messages. My husband and I hosted both of our families for a weekend to celebrate our recent elopement. The bedrooms were great and fit our needs perfectly. It was clear that this is the hosts primary residence which made things a bit unusual. There were no instructions on what to use, how to operate things, etc. Their personal items were everywhere and it wasnt clear what was off limits. There are obviously multiple dogs in the home and there was dog hair on some of the furniture and floors. The patio furniture was quite dirty as was the screened in porch. There was a sauna and cold plunge which we used, even though they werent mentioned in the listing. The cold plunge water was dirty. There were a lot of fruit flies in the kitchen during our stay as well which we mitigated with a homemade trap. Definitely a lovely home and a great outdoor space, we loved the outdoor fireplace and hot tub. Just a few details that were unexpected, and ones that we found strange at a property of that price point.
